Such a lovely group of ladies at a baby shower on Sunday, celebrating the gorgeous mama-to-be and bump ♡

We came along to run a mini-bouquet workshop and had so much fun being a part of the day. Nel showed the group how to prep, spiral and wrap their poseys before we headed off and left them to enjoy the rest of the day (sandwiches, cakes, games, and LOTS of gifts!)

And since it took place at one of our favourite Faversham spots, @oursfaversham, we couldn't say no to a strawberry and pistachio matcha 🤤

We can't wait to be back here to run a festive workshop in December 😍

A few moments from the last flower crown workshop of the year!

Our final summer event was held at Actively Alive Yoga Studio, where Lauren regularly teaches.

The evening started with an energising flow, then everyone tucked into the delicious food by Danni. We finished up with a workshop to create the most gorgeous crowns, which combined fresh hops and flowers.

It was lovely seeing people out and about wearing them at Faversham Hop Festival 😍😍

This is Lauren 👆🏻 — yoga teacher, renovation enthusiast, part-time globe-trotter, and full-time wellness junkie.

With over 10 years of personal practice on the mat, she’s passionate about helping people feel the magic of yoga — mentally, physically, and everything in between. Her classes are fun and relaxed, and giggles are always welcome.

When she’s not leading a class or working with Nel to plan the next Peony and Pose event, you might find her covered in paint from a home reno, buried in Pilates textbooks, or wrangling a classroom for a day (she still does the odd day of supply).

Always on the move and never one to turn down a new adventure, Lauren brings energy, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.

Meet Nel 👋🏻 Florist and big believer in the power of flowers to calm the mind.

After years of juggling a busy lifestyle, Nel trained with @thesussexflowerschool and discovered how working with flowers — and slowing down to create something beautiful by hand — can ease anxiety and bring a real sense of calm. Now, through Peony & Pose, she loves sharing that same grounding experience with others. (She's also available for weddings and other events too! 💐)

Nel is passionate about the details – thoughtfully pairing colour and texture to create unique and joyful floral designs for each event. She also loves seeking out new venues that create just the right vibe for Peony & Pose events.

When she’s not busy choosing, conditioning or transporting flowers for events, Nel loves being a homebody or making memories with her son and husband.

The sun was shining and the Lost Village of Dode was looking gorgeous. We had an absolute blast hosting this day retreat.

Yoga in the heat isn't easy, let alone 108 SUN SALUTATIONS!!! But everyone stepped into it with an open heart and positive attitude, and we did it!!

Relaxing in the sun with a picnic was the perfect reward, followed by creating absolutely stunning flower crowns.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along - we loved spending the day with you all!
